My wife and I are thinking about going to Hedo for the first time. We've never gone to a place like that before and we're not currently swingers but very curious about it and it seems like Hedo is the place to go to explore the idea. Based on our searches many people who've went there before and recommend it.

Any general tips, comments, suggestions for newbies? My wife is insecure about her weight but wants to go. Has going here helped anyone with body insecurity? Are there many people with imperfect bodies there?

I'm concerned with is sunburns because I'm ginger. Does the shop on the resort sell sunscreen? Is it a reasonable price? We can't take much of it with us because we'll be flying and liquids are not allowed. We can't cover up on the nude side, obviously. Are there many shaded areas around the nude pool and bar? Will finding a shaded spot be easy? Are sections of the pool shaded?

Costumes. We don't currently have costumes for the theme parties and we'll only be taking a tiny suitcase with us. Do they sell costumes at the shop on the resort? If so, are they a reasonable price? If we don't have a costume, can we still go to the theme parties?

Is the tap water ok to drink? Do they provide bottled water?

Which side of the resort would you recommend staying on? Is the nude side worth the extra money? We're probably not spending much time in the room anyway.

What should we expect? What else do you think we should know before going?
